【 レシピ 】 炊飯器でつくるガトーショコラ

●材料:板チョコ/2枚
    卵/2個
砂糖/匙1ぱい
    (チョコ50-60gにつきM卵一個で十分かも。甘さはお好みで)

●作り方
1、チョコを湯せん
  板チョコを細かく割る
  湯せんで溶かす
  チョコが固まらならないようにボウルは湯せんのまま

2、メレンゲ
  卵を卵白と卵黄にわけ
  卵白に砂糖1さじを加え、泡立て
  (卵白を混ぜるボウルを氷水につけながらやるといい)
  それなりに泡立ったらメレンゲを半分にする
  はじめの半分はきっちり混ぜる
  つぎに残しておいた方を混ぜ、さっくりおおざっぱに泡立てる感じで
  これで角が立つメレンゲになる(らしい。いっぺんにやるより)

3、チョコが溶けたら卵黄を入れ混ぜる
  このときもボウルは湯せんのまま

4、1-3を炊飯器に
  炊飯器にクッキングシートをひく
  1と3を混ぜ合わせて(マーブル状でOK)
  レーズン、フルーツなどを混ぜるのもよし
  炊飯器に入れる→スイッチON
  炊き上がったらすこし置いて熱を冷ます
  皿に載せてラップ→冷蔵庫で冷やす 

ただ板チョコを食べるより面白い。
気分転換にもなる。
ホイップクリームやマーマーレード、ブルーベリーのジャムなどお好みで。
